You must be at least 18 years old to commission NSFW artwork.

I will not create sexual content involving minors, minor-coded characters, or feral/non-anthropomorphic animals.

I may decline any commission that I am uncomfortable with.Certain extreme or highly complex requests may cost extra.

Payment is accepted through PayPal, Canadian e-transfer, or Revolut.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is required before work begins.

The final quote, currency, and any applicable additional fees will be confirmed before payment.

Prices listed on my portfolio are starting prices and may increase depending on complexity, characters, background, or requested content.

Personal-use commissions may not be monetized or used to promote a business.

Commercial use costs 5× the final personal-use price. The exact commercial rights being purchased must be agreed upon in writing.

Purchasing commercial rights does not transfer copyright unless a separate written copyright-transfer agreement is made.

Sketch commissions normally take between one day and one week once they reach the active work stage, depending on complexity.

Queue waiting time is separate from production time.

Painting turnaround times are quoted individually.

Deadlines must be discussed and accepted before payment. A deadline is not guaranteed unless I have explicitly agreed to it in writing.

Turnaround may be affected by commission complexity, the queue, client response time, health, or unexpected circumstances. I will communicate significant delays.

One major revision, preferably requested during the sketch stage.

Two minor revisions.

If your commission is not yet next in the queue, you may request a full refund.

If your commission is next in the queue but I have not started it, a full refund may still be possible, but it must be discussed with me.

Once sketching has begun, a refund of up to 50% may be provided depending on how much work has been completed.

No refunds are available once the artwork is almost finished or fully finished.

If I must cancel the commission for reasons unrelated to client misconduct, I will refund the portion covering work that has not been completed.

Please contact me before opening a payment dispute or chargeback so that we can attempt to resolve the issue.

If I receive no response for 7 days, the commission will be paused.

After 14 days, it will be archived.

If you return after it has been archived, the commission may be moved back to the beginning of the queue.

After 30 days without a response, I may cancel the commission. Payments will normally be retained to cover completed work and reserved queue time, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Time spent waiting for a client’s response is not included in the estimated turnaround time.

Private commission: The artwork and work-in-progress images will not be publicly posted.

Anonymous commission: I may post the artwork, but your name and identifying details will be removed.

Finished artwork is delivered as a PNG through Google Drive or Telegram.

PSD/source files are not included by default and must be requested. Their availability and any additional price will be confirmed separately.

The commission is considered complete once the approved final files have been delivered.

Clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing their files.

I retain the copyright and ownership of the artwork.

Personal-use clients receive permission to post the artwork, use it as an avatar or banner, print it for themselves, and share it for non-commercial purposes.

Please credit MiruYaki when reposting the artwork.

You may not resell the artwork, use it on merchandise, use it in advertising, claim that you created it, remove my signature, or significantly alter it without permission.

You confirm that you have permission to commission the characters and reference material you provide.

Used to train, fine-tune, test, or build an AI or machine-learning system.

Added to an AI-training dataset.

Submitted to generative-AI tools for modification, reproduction, or style imitation.

Minted, sold, or otherwise used as an NFT or blockchain-based asset.
